Construction of Road, Multipurpose Hall, Water Ponds and Solar System in Naseerabad and Kachhi Districts

The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Naseerabad Division at D.M. Jamali, Government of Balochistan, invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors under the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 for development works in Naseerabad and Kachhi districts. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, as amended. Mandatory work items are: Sr. 01, construction of black top road from Pat Feeder to Village Zharoon Manjhoodi, District Naseerabad, PSDP 529 Z2025 2675, with estimated cost **PKR 18,812,043**; Sr. 02, construction of a multipurpose hall at Fort Mir Hafez Jattak, Balan Shaakh, Naseerabad, PSDP 5393, with estimated cost **PKR 24,875,468**; Sr. 03, construction of water ponds at Sardarzada Sherdil Mughari, District Kachhi, PSDP 5296 Z2025 2688, with estimated cost **PKR 9,944,538**; and Sr. 04, installation of an existing bore solar system in District Kachhi, PSDP 5295 Z2025 2685, with estimated cost **PKR 9,905,190**. Bidders should hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration, category C-6 or above, in the relevant specialization, along with Balochistan registration, NTN, income tax and sales tax compliance, and active taxpayer status with FBR. Evidence of comparable completed works, required turnover for the last three years, and other eligibility documents must be attached. Each bid must include the prescribed bid security in the form of a CDR or pay order from a scheduled bank. A non-refundable tender processing fee of **Rs. 1,000** is payable for each tender through the government treasury using the Green Challan Form under account C-03470 through National Bank of Pakistan. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the BPPR Authority website. Completed documents must be delivered by hand or registered mail in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer at D.M. Jamali by **25 August 2026 at 1:00 PM**. Bids will open on **25 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**.
