The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab West Region Mianwali invites e-Bids from registered contractors with the Income Tax Department and active taxpayers listed with the Federal Board of Revenue. Contractors must be registered under PEC Category C-5 with specialization CE-01 and CE-10. Bid security amounts vary between PKR 200,000 and PKR 500,000 depending on the contract. Bidding documents detailing terms, conditions, and procurement method (Single Stage - Two Envelopes) are available for free download on the official NHA e-bidding website. Prospective bidders are advised to register on the PPRA e-procurement system immediately, as manual/hard copy bids will no longer be accepted.
