Routine Maintenance Works on N-85 by National Highway Authority Gwadar

National Highway Authority (NHA) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026. The bids require a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the Engineer's Estimate in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit RMA). Items being procured: - Routine Maintenance Work KM 350+000 to 365+000 (N-85), Contract No. RM-WM-2025-26-1056, Estimate Rs. 7,070,000 - Routine Maintenance Work KM 365+000 to 380+000 (N-85), Contract No. RM-WM-2025-26-1057, Estimate Rs. 10,403,333 - Routine Maintenance Work KM 425+000 to 438+000 (N-85), Contract No. RM-WM-2025-26-1061, Estimate Rs. 5,994,000 The scope covers routine maintenance works on the N-85 highway sections in Gwadar with a completion period of 12 months and a defect liability period of 6 months. The works require contractors with PEC category C-5 and above (CE-01 & C-10 specialization). Bidding documents detailing terms and conditions will be available for free download from the official NHA e-bidding website starting October 10, 2026. Technical e-Bids must be submitted on or before October 29, 2026, by 11:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bidders must ensure valid FBR registration and PEC credentials. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory.
