Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 with specialization codes EE-04, EE-05, and CE-10. Active NTN and PRA registration is mandatory along with an affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted or debarred. The tender submission deadline is 09-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 02:30 PM at the Office of Project Director Construction MEPCO HQ Khanewal Road, Multan. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted. The contract period is one year starting June 2025.
