Sandblasting, Painting and Repair Works on LPG Bulk Storage Spherical Tank No. 2 and Inspection, Maintenance, Spare Parts Replacement, Testing and Commissioning of Marine Loading Arm at SLL Port Qasim Terminal

SSGC LPG Ltd. Karachi invites sealed quotations for important maintenance and repair works at SLL Port Qasim Terminal. The first tender involves sandblasting, painting, and other repair works on LPG Bulk Storage Spherical Tank No. 2. The second tender covers inspection, maintenance, spare parts replacement, testing, and commissioning of the existing Marine Loading Arm (MLA) installed at the same terminal. Both tenders follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding System in accordance with the terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Sandblasting, Painting & Repair works on LPG Bulk Storage Spherical Tank No. 2 - Inspection, Maintenance, Spare Parts Replacement, Testing & Commissioning of Marine Loading Arm (MLA) These works require specialized technical expertise in handling LPG storage tanks and marine loading equipment. Bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers and provide valid GST, NTN, and SST certificates where applicable. An undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- is required certifying that the supplier is not debarred from any government agency. Relevant certificates and authorization letters must be attached as per tender enquiry. Bidders must submit/upload valid certificates on the EPADS portal and physically submit the bid bond at SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi before bid opening. The quoted prices should include all taxes except GST/SST, which must be mentioned separately. SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the process. Any corrigendum or addendum will be notified only to those who have purchased tender documents. The bid submission deadlines are 29th October 2026 for the tank repair works and 30th October 2026 for the marine loading arm maintenance, both by 3:00 PM, with bid opening half an hour later. Bidders should carefully follow the EPADS system instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
