Tender Description
This tender invites qualified vendors in Karachi to supply and support Sangfor Next Generation Application Firewall (NGAF) Model M5100-FI and Internet Access Gateway (IAG) Model M5100-AC-I-S. Banking Mohtasib Pakistan requires software licenses, hardware support, and technical support for durations ranging from one to three years. The delivery and support services must be provided at the designated premises in Karachi, ensuring seamless integration and operational continuity.
The scope includes providing enterprise-grade firewall and gateway solutions with valid licenses and support certificates. Vendors must ensure all supplied items are fully functional and replace any faulty components during the subscription period. The technical specifications demand adherence to OEM standards, with a focus on security, reliability, and compliance with the latest IT infrastructure requirements in Karachi.
Bidders should be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and hold valid Professional Tax Certificates for the current financial year. An authorized partnership certificate from the OEM is mandatory. The tender requires compliance with FBR/ATL status and PEC registration for the 2025-26 financial year. Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 23-April-2026 at 02:30 PM, with bid opening at 03:00 PM on the same day at the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan Secretariat, 5th Floor, Shaheen Complex, M. R. Kiyani Road, Karachi. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal; email or fax submissions are not accepted.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the earnest money requirements and ensure the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is correctly prepared. Missing or incorrect earnest money submissions are a common cause for bid rejection. Also, verify the OEM partner certificate validity to avoid technical disqualification.
