Sanitation Scheme and Beautification Work with Construction of Additional Rooms in Hospitals and Schools at UC Panam Dheri and UC Kafoor Dheri Peshawar

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Badbher Peshawar is procuring sanitation scheme and beautification works including construction of additional rooms in hospitals and schools at two union councils in Peshawar. This tender covers two main schemes: Sanitation Scheme/Beautification work/Construction of Additional Rooms in Hospital and Schools at UC Panam Dheri Chaghar Matti, Jogani and Kaniza Peshawar with an estimated cost of Rs. 80 million and Sanitation Scheme/Beautification work/Construction of Additional Rooms in Hospital and Schools at UC Kafoor Dheri, Mathra, Shahi Bala and Garhi Sherdad, Peshawar with an estimated cost of Rs. 70 million. Items being procured: - Sanitation Scheme/Beautification work/Construction of Additional Rooms in Hospital and Schools at UC Panam Dheri Chaghar Matti, Jogani and Kaniza Peshawar - Sanitation Scheme/Beautification work/Construction of Additional Rooms in Hospital and Schools at UC Kafoor Dheri, Mathra, Shahi Bala and Garhi Sherdad, Peshawar The technical scope includes sanitation and beautification works along with construction of additional rooms at specified hospitals and schools within the union councils. The work will be executed under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and non-MRS items as per KPPRA rules 2014 14(2b) through EPADS. Contractors must be registered with PEC, Local Council Board, and KPPRA enlisted with the C&W Department. Active status with FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27 is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit their bids through EPADS in two sealed envelopes: one containing the Technical Proposal and the other the Financial Bid. Both envelopes must be clearly marked and submitted to the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Badbher, Main Kohat Road near Ring Road Flyover, Garhi Qamar Din, Peshawar. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each scheme. The last date and time for submission is 17-08-2026 at 12:30 PM, with the opening of the Technical Bid on the same day at 2:00 PM. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened after evaluation. Work orders will be issued after provision of funds.
