Sanitation Scheme, Pavement of Streets, Allied Infrastructure, Street Lights and DWSS, Construction of PCC Streets Drains and Culverts in Peshawar

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Peshawar invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure projects in Peshawar city. The procurement covers sanitation schemes including DWSS at Khazana, Nahaqi, Kankola, and rural areas of Peshawar. Additionally, pavement of streets, allied infrastructure, street lights, and DWSS works are planned for Tehkal, Shaheen Town, University Town, Babu Ghari, Rahat Abad, Arbab, Pawaka, and other urban areas. The scope also includes construction of PCC streets, drains, culverts, and DWSS at various localities such as Palosai, Pawakai, Regi, Malkandher, Nauthia, Tehkal, Landi Arbab, Shaheen Town, University Town, and Hayatabad. Contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year are eligible to participate. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL and should have relevant experience in civil works, water supply schemes, and electrical installations such as street lighting. Earnest Money or Bid Security at 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director, LG & RDD Peshawar. The last date for submission of electronic tender forms is 17th June 2026 by 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 2:00 PM. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal and couriered to the Office of Assistant Director, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the technical proposal is properly numbered with a detailed table of contents as per the bid documents. Avoid cutting or overwriting in the bid documents to prevent disqualification. Early registration on EPADS and careful compliance with submission instructions will enhance chances of success.
