Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sanitation Vehicles for TMA Nowshera

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Nowshera invites bids from eligible contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers for the fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of sanitation vehicles. This procurement is being conducted through the E-PADS system under the Single Stage / Two Envelope procedure, as per KPPRA rules. The project is based in Nowshera and aims to enhance the operational capacity of the municipal sanitation fleet for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of Hydraulic Mini Dumper Bodies (CHANGAN SHERPA POWER EA-12 1.2L) or any provided by the procuring entity (Quantity: 03) - Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Heavy-Duty Tractor Trolleys compatible with Millat Tractor MF-375 (75 HP) complete in all respects as per specifications (Quantity: 03) - Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Front-End Loader and Backhoe Attachment on Millat Tractor Model MF-385 (85 HP), 4WD supplied by the procuring entity (Quantity: 01) The technical scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, painting, and delivery of the hydraulic dumper bodies and attachments in fully operational condition. The contractor is responsible for a minimum one-year defect liability and warranty period from the date of successful commissioning. All applicable taxes, including sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA taxes, will be enforced. Bidders must provide FBR registration and tax payer certification. Eligible bidders must have valid and renewed PEC registration for the current financial year, with specialization codes ME05 (Lifting, Handling and Material Processing Plants) and ME06(i) (Specialized Fabrication and Treatment). Firms must also be on the active KPPRA and FBR ATL lists, and have valid enlistment with the Local Council Board. A 2 percent bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR is required in favor of TMO, TMA Nowshera. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from kp.eprocure.gov.pk and KPPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS and also sent in sealed envelopes to the Office of TMO, Tehsil Municipal Administration, Nowshera, before the deadline of 07 September 2026 at 11:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM. A practical tip: Ensure your bid price is within the approved allocated budget, as bids exceeding the allocated amount may be rejected in accordance with KPPRA rules.
