Procurement of 50 Complete SATCOM Low KU Band Terminals and Spare Equipment

**National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)** invites eligible suppliers, manufacturers, authorized partners, resellers and distributors to submit bids for the turnkey procurement of 50 complete SATCOM low KU band DVB/VSAT remote terminals, including spare equipment. The procurement is identified as NADRA-HQ-RFB-99/2026, contract identification P79045, and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection. Mandatory items and quantities are: 1) SATCOM Indoor Units, quantity 50; 2) SATCOM Outdoor Units comprising 3W/4W or higher BUC and LNB, quantity 50; 3) 1.2 metre VSAT antennas, quantity 50; 4) 1.2 metre antenna mounts, quantity 50; 5) RG-6 cable rolls, quantity 40; 6) weatherproof F-Type RG-6 cable connectors, quantity 1,000; 7) spare SATCOM Indoor Units, quantity 50; 8) spare Outdoor Units including BUC and LNB, quantity 50; 9) HUB-side LNBs, quantity 2; and 10) 50W low KU band BUC, quantity 1. Delivery is scheduled to NADRA Store Department, G-9, with serial numbers 1 to 9 due within 14 to 16 weeks and serial number 10 within 20 weeks. The solution must be compatible with NADRA iDirect Hub version iDX4.1.6.3 and future releases, include required licenses, installation, testing, commissioning, one-year warranty and technical documentation. Equipment must be brand new and supplied by an OEM, authorized partner, reseller or distributor. Technical compliance, relevant SATCOM or VSAT experience, Pakistani legal registration, NTN, GSTN, ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, bid letter and bid security are required. The stated bid security is **PKR 1,400,000**, in an accepted banking form or applicable declaration. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by **Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Opening will occur online at **11:30 AM** the same day. Manual bids are not entertained, but the original bid security must reach the State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad before closing.
