Bidders must hold relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration, generally C-6 or above in the applicable discipline, and maintain valid registration with FBR, the Sales Tax Department and Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable. The contractor must have completed three similar works and submit an oath certificate confirming that supporting documents are genuine. The bidder must also provide E-Challan BPPRA. Bidding documents cost **Rs. 1,500 non-refundable**, payable through Government Treasury or National Bank Pakistan, and may be obtained from the issuing office or BPPRA website. Earnest money of 2% must be provided as a bank guarantee or call deposit from a scheduled bank.
