Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Scully Module Card and Level Probe at JIMCO Mehmoodkot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Scully Module Card and Level Probe at JIMCO Mehmoodkot terminal. This procurement includes both supply of goods and related installation services at the specified location. Items being procured: - Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Module Card and Probe at Mehmoodkot (Qty: 1) - Supply of Scully Level Alarm Module Card Part No.: 08656, ST-15C-240H Module Assembly (Qty: 1) - Supply of Scully Overfill Probe SP-M Style Sensors P/N 07611 (Qty: 1) The scope covers installation and commissioning as per operational levels provided by the steam operations team. The vendor is responsible for testing the system post-installation and ensuring no damage occurs to other parts of the level alarm system during the process. The supplied card and probe must be compatible with the existing Scully overfill protection system. Original OEM delivery challans and a minimum 6 months warranty on supplied items are mandatory. Vendors must provide an OEM authorization letter. PSO reserves the right to inspect or test materials through third parties to verify compliance. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all materials, services, transportation, and government taxes. Materials will be accepted subject to the satisfaction of the Terminal Engineer. The contractor is liable for any damage during transportation and must adhere to all PSO HSE standards and safety rules. Payment will be processed only after acceptance of materials and services by the Terminal Engineer. Delivery of items and completion of services must be within 60 days of work order acceptance. Late delivery penalties apply at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase order value. Interested bidders should submit their quotations by the closing date of 24th September 2026.
