State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites proposals for the provision of services from SECP approved and authorized institutions for conducting the Agency Foundation Course Certification. This opportunity is open to all eligible training providers who are recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for delivering certification courses in the insurance sector. The selected institution will be responsible for organizing and conducting the certification course for State Life's agency staff as per SECP guidelines and requirements. Items being procured: - Services for Agency Foundation Course Certification (SECP approved) The technical scope includes the complete management and delivery of the certification program, ensuring compliance with SECP standards. The training must cover all prescribed modules and be delivered by qualified instructors. The service provider should have a proven track record in conducting similar certification courses and must be listed as an authorized institution by SECP. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Submission of Earnest Money as per PPRA rules is mandatory. All proposals must be submitted through the PPRA e-procurement portal (EPADS) or as per the instructions provided in the notice. The deadline for submission is 26-09-2023 at 11:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
