Provision of Security Services for AIOU Main Campus and Regional Centres Islamabad

Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad is inviting bids for the provision of Security Services for its main campus located in Islamabad and various regional centres. This procurement is managed by the Directorate of Purchase & Stores of AIOU and is planned for the financial year 2026/27. The contract will be awarded initially for one year with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Security Services for AIOU Main Campus - Security Services for Regional Centres The scope includes providing well-established and experienced security companies registered with relevant authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The services are to be delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must submit sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and provide a Bid Security of PKR 300,000 in an acceptable form.
