Hiring of Security Services for KPRA Offices Across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is seeking to hire the services of a reputable security company, registered with SECP, for the provision of security services at its offices located in various regions across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is being managed from the KPRA Headquarters at Railways Track, Phase-3 Chowk, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Security services for KPRA offices in different regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (specific office locations and quantities not detailed in the notice) The technical scope involves the deployment of security personnel to safeguard KPRA premises, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and assets. The selected security company will be responsible for providing trained and licensed guards as per the requirements of KPRA. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA, and should possess relevant experience in providing security services to public sector organizations. A bid security of 2% of the bid price, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Director General, KPRA, is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online only through the KPRA EPADS e-procurement system by 11:30 AM on 1st September, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24th August, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the KPRA HQs conference room for any clarifications regarding the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Bids will be opened electronically through EPADS at 12:00 PM on 1st September, 2026, and bidders may also attend the opening at KPRA Headquarters.
