Security Services for PTA Headquarters and Regional Offices

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids for the provision of security services at PTA Headquarters and its regional offices through the E-PADS v2.0 (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform. This procurement is for non-consultancy services and will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The principal method of procurement is open competitive bidding, and the evaluation will be based on the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. Items being procured: - Security services for PTA Headquarters, F-5/1 Islamabad - Security services for all PTA regional offices (details as per bidding documents) The technical scope includes the deployment of trained security personnel at the designated PTA offices, ensuring round-the-clock security coverage, and compliance with all relevant security protocols. Bidders must provide details of their experience in providing security services to government or large private sector organizations, and must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Security Declaration must be submitted as per the requirements in the bidding documents. Bidding documents and specifications are available online through the E-PADS v2.0 portal. Interested firms must submit their bids electronically by 3 October 2026, 11:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
