Seepage, Roof Treatment, Repair and Supply of Bazar Material Works at Abbottabad

Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for important works in Abbottabad. The department is seeking qualified contractors for seepage and roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance of residential and non-residential works. Additionally, re-carpeting of roads and external services of certain facilities at Atd, Shinkiari, and Havelian are included. Another key work involves the supply of bazar material (Electrical & Mechanical and Building & Road) for the provision of stores for RTEs and TC/DC for the area of responsibility of GE (A) Abbottabad. Items being procured: - Seepage / Roof treatment, construction, repair, renovation, maintenance of residential and non-residential works - Re-carpeting of road - External services of certain facilities at Atd, Shinkiari & Havelian - Supply of Bazar Material (E&M & B&R) for stores for RTEs and TC/DC for AOR of GE (A) Abbottabad The scope covers civil and mechanical works including maintenance and supply of materials at multiple sites within the Abbottabad region. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to approved MES categories A, B, C, D, or E. Experience in similar works is mandatory. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient credentials and experience. Earnest money and other bid securities as per PPRA rules will apply.
