Selection of Firm for the Establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) Across Pakistan

The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT) through its National Artificial Intelligence Advancement Initiative (NAAI) Project Implementation Unit invites eligible companies and consortiums to submit e-bids for the selection of a firm for the establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) across Pakistan. This initiative aims to advance AI capabilities nationwide by setting up dedicated hubs to foster innovation, research, and development in artificial intelligence. Items being procured: - Establishment of National Artificial Intelligence Hubs (AI-Hubs) across Pakistan The scope includes the design, development, and operationalization of AI hubs that will serve as centers of excellence for AI research and application. The project requires firms with proven expertise in IT infrastructure, AI technologies, and project management. Bidders must comply with all technical and financial requirements as outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, relevant experience in IT and AI projects, and submission of earnest money as per the RFP. The last date for submission of bids has been extended to 31st August 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives of the applicants. Late submissions will not be entertained.
