Tender Description
The Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad, invites sealed tenders from reputed HR consultancy firms registered with FBR and having NTN and AGPR vendor numbers. The firms will assist in shortlisting candidates for the vacant posts of Judicial Member in the Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) across Pakistan. The procurement aims to ensure transparency and merit-based recruitment through a single-stage one-envelope bidding process.
The selected consultancy firm will provide headhunting services, including receiving applications, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. The contract duration is one year, extendable by mutual consent. The technical and financial bids must be submitted by December 20, 2025, before 11:00 AM, with opening at 2:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
