Selection and Rate Contracting of Spare Parts for Bulldozers, Tractors, Vehicles, Workshop Supplies and Boring Materials for 2026-27

The Directorate General of Agricultural Engineering Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located in Tarnab Peshawar, invites bids for the selection and rate contracting (framework contract) of spare parts for bulldozers, tractors, vehicles, workshop supplies, and boring materials for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is funded by the Public Fund under the current budget allocation. Items being procured: - Spare parts for Bulldozers - Spare parts for Tractors - Spare parts for Vehicles - Workshop Supplies - Boring Materials Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders who are manufacturers or authorized dealers. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelopes method, with separate technical and financial proposals. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 is required to purchase the bidding documents during office hours from the next day of publication. Documents can also be viewed online at the Agricultural Engineering website and KPPRA portal. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director General Agricultural Engineering Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must accompany the financial bid. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Director General Agricultural Engineering, Tarnab Peshawar near NIFA, G.T. Road, by 11:00 AM on 27-08-2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20-08-2026 at 2:00 PM at the same office. Bidders must apply through EPADS to be considered. All bids must be computer typed and signed by an authorized person. This tender requires bidders to have relevant experience and valid registrations. Earnest money and bid security are strictly enforced.
