Selection of Workshops for Vehicle Repair and Maintenance

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister Office, Islamabad, invites bids from well reputed and FBR registered workshops, tyre shops, and general suppliers for peripheral services to carry out repair, maintenance, and upkeep of its official vehicles for the Financial Year 2026/2027. Items being procured: - Mechanical Work - Electrical Work / High Scan Facilities - Wheel Alignment & Balancing - Denting / Painting (Including Facility of Corel Liner) - Availability of Spare Parts / General Batteries - Provision of Tyres - Provision of Accessories The scope includes comprehensive vehicle maintenance services covering mechanical and electrical repairs, wheel alignment, denting and painting with corel liner technology, and supply of spare parts including batteries, tyres, and accessories. Interested workshops must be technically qualified and registered with FBR. Bidders should contact the Mechanical Transport Officer, NDMA, at Office # 051-9030918 for submission details and further information. A non-refundable pay order of Rs 2000/- in favor of Director (Administration), NDMA, is required as tender fee, payable at bid submission time. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 03 September 2026 before 1200 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at NDMA HQ near ITP office, Main Murree Road, Islamabad.
