Items being procured: - Website SEO Audit including technical SEO health assessment - Technical SEO Optimization covering sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, HTTPS compliance - On-Page SEO Optimization including keyword research, meta tags, content and internal linking - Off-Page SEO Optimization such as backlink monitoring, digital PR, citation building, social media marketing - Content Optimization for all major PMD services including weather forecasts, warnings, radar and seismic data - Performance Optimization focusing on website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, and CDN recommendations - Search Engine Integration with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics 4 - Keyword Strategy development and monitoring - Monitoring and Reporting with weekly SEO performance and health reports - Knowledge Transfer and Capacity Building through training and documentation - Ongoing Support and Maintenance throughout the contract period The scope covers a detailed and structured SEO framework to improve PMD's digital presence nationally and internationally. Bidders must have relevant experience, FBR registration, and provide bid security of Rs 150,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order. The contract period is seven months with an initial implementation phase of 3-4 months followed by 12 months of support and maintenance. Bids must be submitted online via PPRA EPADS portal by 21st September 2026 at 10:30 AM PST and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM PST in Islamabad.
