Provision of Services for conferences, seminars, workshops and other institutional events

The Islamabad College for Boys (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)) Islamabad invites qualified service providers to participate in the pre-qualification process for the provision of services related to conferences, seminars, workshops and other institutional events. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to select capable firms for subsequent Invitation to Bids and contract agreements. The items being procured include: - Tentage - Sound system - Audio/visual equipment - IT equipment - Machinery & equipment on rental basis - Refreshment/catering services for official events The scope covers the supply and management of all required equipment and services at the event sites within Islamabad. The successful bidders must demonstrate possession of the required equipment, skilled manpower, transport and logistical capabilities to meet the agency's requirements. The technical scope includes rental and operational services for sound and AV systems, IT and machinery equipment, as well as catering and refreshment arrangements. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN/GST registration, relevant experience in similar services, and no blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. The evaluation will be quality based with a technical score of 70 marks and financial score of 30 marks.
