Tender Description
Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity under the PSW Act, 2021, invites experienced vendors to submit electronic bids for the procurement of services to design and develop the NAFSA Website. This tender is specifically for qualified suppliers registered on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0). Items being procured:
- Services to design and develop the NAFSA Website
The scope includes comprehensive website design and development services tailored to meet the operational needs of PSW. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and deliver a fully functional, user-friendly, and secure website. The project requires adherence to the latest web standards and integration capabilities.
Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS 2.0, relevant experience in website development, and submission of a bid securing declaration. The procurement method follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004.
Key dates include an online pre-bid meeting scheduled for 19th August 2026 at 1100 hrs via Microsoft Teams. Clarifications can be requested by 23rd August 2026 via email at procurement@psw.gov.pk or through EPADS 2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 by 31st August 2026 at 1500 hrs, with bid securing declarations sent via email before the deadline. Bids will be opened the same day at 1530 hrs.
