Services for Engine Overhauling and ABS Repair for Ambulances/Vehicles by Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the comprehensive Services for Engine Overhauling and ABS repair/replacement for ambulances and vehicles. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-2027 under a framework contract valid for one year, extendable based on performance. The contract covers engine overhaul and ABS unit repair/replacement services for a fleet of Toyota ambulances and vehicles, including models Hiace (2016, 2022-2024), Hilux (2016, 2017, 2023-2024 4x2 and 4x4). Items being procured: - Engine Overhauling including decarbonizing, piston/ring/liner replacement, cylinder head reconditioning, gasket set replacement, timing belt/chain replacement, and use of genuine OEM parts - ABS Unit Repair and Replacement including diagnostic scan, wiring harness inspection and repair, wheel speed sensor replacement, tone ring service, ABS relay/fuse repair, hydraulic control unit replacement, brake system bleeding, ABS control module replacement and ECU coding The scope requires all work to be performed at authorized dealership facilities unless mobile service is approved. Bidders must be authorized 3S dealerships with OEM-certified technicians and diagnostic equipment. Genuine OEM parts with certificates of origin are mandatory. Warranty of minimum 6 months or OEM standard applies to workmanship and parts. The contract will be awarded on an item-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Technical evaluation requires a minimum 70% score. The bid security is fixed at Rs. 1,905,000 and bids must be valid for 90 days.
