Services and Maintenance of Flap Barriers at NICL Building Islamabad for One Year

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) Islamabad invites bids for the comprehensive services and maintenance of flap barriers installed at the NICL Building, 63 Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Services and Maintenance of Six (06) Flap Barriers at Ground Floor - Services and Maintenance of Four (04) Flap Barriers at Basement-1 & Basement-2 The technical scope involves cleaning and inspection of flap barriers including limit switches and mechanical components, checking, adjustment and calibration of limit switches, lubrication and greasing of moving parts, inspection and troubleshooting of single-phase electrical connections, testing of PLCs, control panels, sensors and associated hardware, rectification of operational faults, and submission of maintenance reports after each visit. The contract includes twelve scheduled preventive maintenance visits (one per month) and up to twelve complaint-based corrective maintenance visits during the contract period. Major spare parts will be provided by NICL upon written recommendation; the contractor is responsible only for installation or replacement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have an office/shop in Islamabad with valid tenancy or ownership documents, five years of relevant experience, provision of similar services to at least five customers in Pakistan, OEM or authorized partner status for the installed flap barriers, and at least two OEM certified and trained engineers/technicians.
