Services and Maintenance of LPG Road Bowsers Undercarriage

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites qualified contractors for the services and maintenance of LPG road bowsers undercarriage systems including repair, servicing, and component replacement. This tender is specifically for the Procurement Department of SSGC LPG Limited located at Karachi Terminal, opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi. The scope includes dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, reconditioning, reassembly, brake adjustment, roadworthiness testing, and final certification of LPG bowser undercarriage and running gear. The contract covers up to 17 bowsers and requires all materials such as valves, pipes, gauges, and axles to be new with technical specifications and OEM documentation. The contractor must have a fully equipped heavy vehicle workshop with hydraulic lifting, welding, and fabrication facilities, along with skilled manpower including qualified engineers and supervisors. Eligibility criteria include active FBR registration, provincial sales tax registration, endorsement of tender documents, no blacklisting, and a valid OGRA license to manufacture LPG road bowsers. Experience in trailer/tanker undercarriage overhaul and heavy vehicle fleet maintenance is mandatory, with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 10 million and net working capital above PKR 5 million. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals by 23rd July 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM at the SSGC LPG Head Office Karachi. Earnest money in the form of a fixed bid bond of PKR 255,000 is required.
