Tender Description
Government College University Lahore invites E-Bids from firms, companies, general order suppliers, and manufacturers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must have a professional tax certificate for the financial year 2026-2027 from Excise & Taxation Department and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPR2014.

The scope includes on-site overhauling of medium voltage electrical panels, involving two panels and associated materials. The work requires technical expertise in electrical maintenance and overhauling at the university premises in Lahore.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
