The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites qualified firms to submit bids for the servicing and spindle overhauling of a CNC machine, specifically a CNC 3-Axis Jig Boring Machine. This procurement is critical for maintaining the operational efficiency of PAC's precision machining capabilities in Kamra. Items being procured: - Servicing of CNC Machine - Spindle Overhauling of CNC 3-Axis Jig Boring Machine The scope includes comprehensive servicing and technical overhaul of the spindle to ensure optimal machine performance. Firms must provide a formal request on their letterhead, duly signed by an authorized signatory, and submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- with signatures and stamps on each page including the declaration on the last page. Copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN are mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained by hand or via email from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra. Submission of hard copies of the tender documents, signed by the authorized signatory, is required either by registered mail or in person. Soft copies may be forwarded via email for obtaining documents only. Firms not issued tender documents by the directorate are not eligible to participate. The deadline for submission is before 1030 Hrs on 30 October 2026. Past performance of firms will be considered during evaluation.
