Tender Description
The Revenue and Estate Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and training of equipment related to the Settlement and Digitization of Land Records in Merged Districts. This procurement is based in Peshawar and aims to modernize land record management through advanced technological solutions.

The technical scope includes providing all necessary equipment and services to ensure a fully functional digitization system for land records. The site is located in the merged districts, with the main office at Al-Syed Plaza, University Road, Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A 2% bid security of the total quoted price is required.
Bidding documents with detailed specifications are available for Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the Project Director's office and the KPPRA website. Firms downloading documents must deposit the fee in the specified Bank of Khyber account before submission.
Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and in hard copy by 03rd September 2026 at 12:30 P.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Land Settlement Unit Conference Room.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in compliance with the single stage two envelope procedure and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Attention to the bid security and document fee payment is crucial for eligibility.
