Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. (KS&EW), a prominent Ship Building & Repairing Yard located in Karachi, invites sealed bids (Technical and Commercial) from experienced sub-contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The procurement is for ship repair jobs under Order # CSR-10371 specifically for Miscellaneous Repair and Maintenance Work. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Repair & Maintenance Work The scope involves various ship repair and maintenance tasks at the Ship Repair Division of KS&EW. Bidders must have proven experience in marine vessel repair work and comply with all technical specifications and terms outlined in the bidding documents. These documents include detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security requirements, bid validity, bid opening procedures, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantees. The bidding documents are available at the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW, for a non-refundable price of Rs. 3,000/= as per Rule-23(5) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, as amended. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted to the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by the deadline of 14 September 2026 at 1100 hrs. The Technical Proposal will be opened the same day at 1400 hrs and evaluated based on the technical prequalification criteria. Commercial offers will be opened only for technically qualified bidders on a date intimated by KS&EW.
