Ship Repair Miscellanies Repair and Maintenance Work at Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd (KS&EW), a premier ship building and repairing yard located in Karachi, invites sealed bids from experienced sub-contractors for ship repair jobs under Order No. CSR-10295. This procurement is specifically for miscellanies repair and maintenance work related to marine vessels. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have relevant experience in marine vessel repair work. Items being procured: - Miscellanies repair and maintenance work as per Job No. CSR-10295 The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid security requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee details are available at the Ship Repair Division of KS&EW. The price of the bidding documents is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) as per Rule 23(5) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. The technical and commercial bids should be submitted to the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by 26 October 2026 at 1100 hours. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours and evaluated based on the technical prequalification criteria. Commercial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date to be intimated by KS&EW. KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Clause 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
