Single Pole/Structure Platform Procurement by Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO)

The Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Single Pole/Structure Platforms under Tender No. 4435 with contract reference P105331 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at multiple regional stores in Lahore including Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki. Items being procured: - Single Pole/Structure Platform, total quantity 3000 Nos., divided into three lots of 1000 Nos. each with delivery schedules of 60 days for the first lot and 30 days each for the subsequent two lots. The platforms must conform to Specification No. DDS-48:2008 (amended to date) and meet the standards of NGC/PPMC. Prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore is mandatory before mass production. Delays in prototype submission or failure in prototype testing will result in penalties or contract cancellation. Inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives from LESCO and PPMC. The supplier must bear all inspection and testing costs. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and comply with all bidding document requirements including submission of bid security, integrity pact, and no blacklisting declaration. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by September 15, 2026, 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms, conditions, and technical specifications in the bidding documents.
