Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad invites bids for the provision of SLA Support Services for Fortinet Security Equipment installed at Data Centers located in Islamabad and Karachi. This procurement covers comprehensive warranty, support services, and parts replacement for Fortinet network security equipment deployed at FBR House Islamabad and Custom House Karachi data centers. Items being procured: - FortiGate NGFW 1101E units with various port configurations and onboard storage - FortiGate Unified Threat Protection (UTP) licenses - 10GE SFP+ transceiver modules - FortiWeb 2000F Web Application Firewall units with associated licenses and transceivers The scope includes onsite comprehensive AMC and management of all hardware components, including replacement of spares and parts as necessary during the contract period. The vendor must ensure system operational readiness within defined call to repair periods and provide diagnostics and root cause analysis for failures. Critical security patches, firmware upgrades, and subscription updates must be applied by certified engineers backed by OEM. The bidder is responsible for renewal of all licenses and subscriptions and must provide impact analysis and risk assessment for firmware or patch upgrades. Eligibility requires bidders to be authorized OEM partners with certified engineers having at least five years of hands-on experience. Bidders must have back-to-back SLA with OEM and provide OEM TAC Portal access to PRAL. Support engineers must be onsite within two hours of issue reporting.
