Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2025-26. The procurement is for the execution of smaller special repair works across various IESCO locations including Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Islamabad, and Seattock. Items being procured: - PCC flooring of yard and construction of fiber shed at IESCO Complex Marrir Hassan Rawalpindi - Special repair of 04 no D-Type quarters at IESCO Colony / IESCO Complex Chakwal - Special repair of Banglow No.C-1 at IESCO Colony / IESCO Complex Chakwal - Special repair / maintenance of control house building at 132 KV Grid Station F-11 Islamabad - Re-construction of weak portion of main boundary wall around 132 KV Grid Station F-11 Islamabad - Revamping of RO office Chakwal 1st floor existing SE office building at IESCO Complex Chakwal - Repair and re-construction of fallen boundary wall at IESCO 132KV Grid Station Bhagwal - Special repair / maintenance of office Seattock The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works such as flooring, boundary wall reconstruction, building repairs, and office revamping at various grid stations and offices. The works are to be completed within specified periods ranging from 60 to 120 days depending on the item. Bidders must be registered with PEC under Category C-6 with specialization code CE-10 and have relevant experience completing similar works for government or semi-government organizations. FBR and PRA registration certificates are mandatory. Earnest Money Deposit of 4% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is required. The bid security must be submitted electronically on E-PADS 2.0 portal along with scanned copies of required documents.
