Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2025-26. The contract periods range from 60 to 90 days depending on the lot. Bidders must submit bids electronically on E-PADS and provide a bid security in the form of pay order/CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO. Performance certificates and completion certificates from previous similar works are mandatory. The bid submission deadline is **20.08.2026 at 11:00 AM** with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Eligibility requires PEC registration with Category C-6 and specialization CE-10, FBR and PRA active registration, and experience in similar government or semi-government projects.
