Supply of SMD Infinity Pro X-Series (P-1.8) Module

COMSATS University Islamabad (Principal Seat) has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The university intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the 'SMD INFINITY PRO X-SERIES (P-1.8) Module' with the reference 'P86884'. Items being procured: - SMD Infinity Pro X-Series (P-1.8) Module The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bidders must also submit a bid securing declaration as specified. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/86884. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 11:00 am. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. In accordance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement.
