Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration, Balakot is inviting sealed tenders from eligible government contractors and firms for the installation of an SMD screen for tourists information at Balakot Bazar. This procurement is being carried out under the District up lift & Beautification Scheme, ADP 2060/180579 for the financial year 2021-22 (Saving), with MRS Rate 2025 applicable.
Items being procured:
- Installation of SMD screen for tourists information at Balakot Bazar (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.120 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 0.0824 Million)
The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-quality SMD screen at the designated location in Balakot Bazar. All works must comply with the technical specifications and standards set by the relevant authorities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and must provide all mandatory documents including valid PEC license, FBR/ATL registration, and active KPRA registration. Earnest Money at 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit receipt in favor of the TMO, TMA Balakot.
Tender forms and documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and in hard copy to the office of the Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Balakot, by 12:00 PM on 15-09-2026. The opening of bids will take place at 12:30 PM the same day. For online clarification, queries can be submitted up to 05:00 PM on 04-09-2026.
