Tender Description
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority is inviting bids from eligible firms, companies, and service providers for the project titled Innovative Intervention in Tourism Sector under ADP Code No. 1858 / 251487 (2025-26). The scope is the establishment of the KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) in Peshawar, which will function as a 24/7 central command center for tourism safety, emergency response, monitoring, and service coordination across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The system will integrate live camera feeds, dashboards, GIS mapping, incident reporting, and coordination with Tourism Police, District Administration, Rescue 1122, and Helpline 1422.
Items being procured:
- Development of Software & Up gradation Solution for KP Smart Tourism Command & Monitoring System (STCMS) (Package-I)
- Supply & Installation of Monitoring & Display Systems for STCMS (Package-II)
The technical scope includes the development and upgradation of specialized software for command and monitoring, as well as the supply and installation of advanced monitoring and display hardware. The project is based in Peshawar, with the STCMS serving as the nerve center for tourism-related safety and coordination throughout the province.
Eligibility requires a valid/renewed certificate of registration with FBR (NTN & KPRA/STRN Certificate) or SECP Certificate for companies, and the firm must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must submit separate bids for each package, with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount for each package, in favor of the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office before the deadline, and a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,000 (if a hard copy is required), or downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 24th August, 2026 at 03:00 pm at the KPCTA conference hall. The bid submission deadline is 3rd September, 2026 at 11:00 am, with bids to be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform. No hard copies of bidding documents are required in the office. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am.
