Tender Description
Municipal Committee Shakargarh is inviting bids for two important projects under the Punjab E-procurement system. The procurement includes providing and installation of a solar system for the Municipal Committee office and construction of bus stop shelters for electro buses within the jurisdiction of Shakargarh city. Items being procured:
- Providing & Installation of Solar system for Office MC Shakargarh
- Construction of bus stops shelters for electro buses within jurisdiction of municipal committee city Shakargarh phase - iii
The solar system installation involves modern solar technology to ensure energy efficiency at the Municipal Committee office. The bus stop shelters project aims to improve public transport infrastructure by providing safe and comfortable waiting areas for passengers of electric buses. Both projects require adherence to quality standards and timely completion as per the work order issued after acceptance of tender rates.
Contractors must quote rates in numbers and words on a percentage or item rate basis. Earnest Money Deposits are specified as PKR 330,750 for the solar system and PKR 486,400 for the bus stop shelters. The lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security if rates exceed 5% below the estimate. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The tender opening will be held on the same day of submission at the Municipal Committee office.
Eligibility includes valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and relevant experience in similar works. The submission deadline is 18-August-2026 by 10:00 AM via the Punjab E-procurement system.
