Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of an 81 kW On-Grid and 15 kW Off-Grid solar power system for the pump room at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage in Sukkur, Sindh. The project involves high-quality solar PV modules, hybrid inverters with lithium-ion batteries, mounting structures, cabling, earthing, and civil works including concrete pads and lightning protection. The system is designed to meet stringent technical specifications with Tier-1 mono crystalline solar panels, advanced hybrid inverters, and robust mounting capable of withstanding wind speeds up to 150 km/h. The installation site is at the university premises on RCW Rohri Bypass, Sukkur, requiring careful engineering to ensure durability and optimal performance.
Bidders must comply with PEC C4 category registration and provide evidence of active income tax registration and financial soundness. The tender requires submission of a technical bid and financial bid through the EPADS electronic portal, with a bid security of 2% of the quoted amount and a non-refundable tender fee. The contract includes a 15-year product warranty on solar panels and a 5-year warranty on inverters, with a defect liability period of six months.
