Contractors must be registered with PPRA and PEC, and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules. The lowest bidder will deposit a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. The bid submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening at 1:30 PM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening at the Office of the Commissioner, Multan Division. All bids must be uploaded via the e-procurement portal; manual bids are not accepted.
