Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, is procuring solar based water supply schemes and pumping machinery under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. This tender invites eligible bidders to participate in the supply and installation of solarization systems and pumping machinery to enhance water supply infrastructure in Peshawar. Items being procured:

- Solarization of Pressure Pump at Imam Bargah Wadpaga

The technical scope includes installation of solar power systems for water supply schemes and associated pumping machinery. The works involve solarization of existing water supply infrastructure, ensuring energy-efficient and sustainable water pumping solutions. The project requires specialized materials such as solar panels, pressure pumps, and pumping machinery compliant with provincial standards. The site is located in various areas of Peshawar city under the revitalization plan.
Eligibility criteria include valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license category C-6 with specialization codes CE09, CE10, EE04, EE11(vi), and ME07(v). Bidders must hold a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Additionally, a valid Standardization Certificate of Product (Pumping Machinery) or valid dealership/authorization from a standardized manufacturer is required. Registration with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (active status), and Federal Board of Revenue (active NTN & STRN) is mandatory.
The bid submission deadline is **20th July 2026** by 11:00 hours, with bid opening at 11:30 hours on the same day. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through EPADS portal and physically submit original bid securities in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer office at Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Earnest Money of 2% of the Engineer's Estimated Cost is required.
