The Quetta Development Authority invites bids for multiple construction and solarization projects in Quetta for the financial year 2026. These projects are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and specialized codes. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of completing at least three similar assignments is mandatory. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with turnover figures matching or exceeding specified amounts for individual works. Tender documents are available from the QDA Engineering Branch Office, Zarghoon Housing Scheme, Quetta, upon payment of Rs. 1,000. The last date for bid submission is 19 August 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
