Solarization of NIPA Complex Peshawar Phase-1

The Peshawar Development Authority invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014 for the solarization work of the NIPA Complex in Peshawar, Phase-1. This procurement is specifically for electrical and civil works related to solar installation at the site. Items being procured: - Solarization of NIPA Complex, Peshawar (Phase-1) The project involves installation of solar panels and associated electrical works as per PEC codes C-3 and above, EE-11 (solar), and E-11 (vi) for general electrical works only. The scope may increase or decrease depending on site requirements. The estimated cost is Rs. 92.996 Million with an earnest money requirement of 2% of the estimated cost and a tender document fee of Rs. 5000. Eligible bidders must be registered with PDA/C&W and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant PEC codes. Bidders should submit their technical and financial bids through the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the deadline. Physical submission of original bid security and tender form fee via call deposit receipt in favor of the Director General PDA is required by registered post or courier before the closing date. The technical bids will be opened on 3rd September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders must comply with KPPRA rules and notification No. SRO (14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10/05/2022 regarding bid security.
