The Executive Engineer Buildings CWPP&H Department Kachhi invites bids for the solarization of 5 police stations in District Kachhi under BSDI Phase-III for the financial year 2026. This tender is issued for the execution of works based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Solarization of 5 Police Stations in District Kachhi This project involves the installation of solar power systems at five police stations, enhancing energy sustainability and reducing reliance on conventional power sources. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar panels and related electrical works at the specified sites in Kachhi district. The technical scope requires bidders to have experience in similar solarization projects and the capacity to execute works as per the schedule rates and quality standards. Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of not less than PKR 13,323,130 in the last three years. Bidders must also provide an authority letter on judicial stamp paper and a Rs. 100/- stamp affidavit attested by a first-class magistrate confirming the accuracy of bid information. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% bid security bank guarantee or deposit at call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a PKR 1,000 tender fee from the date of publication until 03 August 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 03 August 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 11:00 AM at the XEN CWPP&H Office Dhadar.
