The projects are located across various localities in Quetta including Eastern Bay Pass, Sariab, Hanna Urak, New Chashma Achozai, and others. The scope requires specialized civil and electrical works with solarization components. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and possess valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience of at least three similar assignments is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt.
