The Quetta Development Authority invites bids for multiple infrastructure and solarization projects in Quetta for the financial year 2026. These works include solarization of water supply schemes, construction of BT roads and side drains, installation of solarized street lights, and sewerage system improvements. Items being procured: - Solarization of W/SS Muslim Itihad Colony Eastern Bay Pass - Solarization of W/SS Killi Malik Mola Dad Spinny Road - Construction of BT road and side drain at street no 13 & Marri Street Eastern By-pass - Construction of Small Multipurpose Hall for Killi Mir Habibullah Zehri, Zehri Town Sariab - Installation of Solarized Street Light for Hanna Urak, Killimirazi and Others (Hanna Mirzai) - Construction of B/T Road at New Chashma Achozai - Solarization of W/SS Gohar Abad - BT road & sewerage system Faiz Abad Killi Lanooy Abad - Installation of Solarized Street Light for Hanna Urak, Killi Mirazai and Others (Zarghoon Abad Phase-I) - Construction BT Road Side Drain and Tuff Tile at Old Labour Colony Mashriqi Bypass - BT road & sewerage system Muslim Town Mashri Bahi Pass & surrounding areas - Construction of Multipurpose Hall Takari Khuda Bakhsh Jattak Sariab - Construction of BT road side drain, sewerage line, solar street lights at Killi Asifabad Atreet No 1 to 6 Sariab and adjoining areas (drain) - BT road & sewerage system Eastm Bahi Pass Jatak Stop & surrounding areas - BT road and sewerage system at Killi Haji Qaheed Lehri Street with adjoining areas - Installation of solar street lights at Chahama Achozai - BT Road & Sewerage System Killi Chiltan Raisani Hazarganji & Surrounding Areas - BT Road & Sewerage System Hazar Ganji & Surrounding Areas - BT road & sewerage system Qambrani road & surrounding areas (drain) These works cover civil construction, road and drainage infrastructure, solar power installation for water supply schemes and street lighting, and sewerage system upgrades. The projects are located across various localities in Quetta including Eastern Bay Pass, Sariab, Hanna Urak, New Chashma Achozai, and others. The scope requires specialized civil and electrical works with solarization components. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and possess valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience of at least three similar assignments is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt. Tender documents are available from the Quetta Development Authority Engineering Branch Office at Zarghoon Housing Scheme for a fee of 1,000 PKR. The tender was published on 30 July 2026 and the last date for bid submission is 19 August 2026 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
