Tender Description
The Elementary and Secondary Education Department under the KP-Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) invites bids for the Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, and DEOs Offices (Male & Female), Directorates, E&SED Secretariat, DPD Office, and ESEF. This procurement is managed by the Project Director, KP-HCIP (Education) Office located at House No 1/2-A, University Town Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Items being procured:
- Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Peshawar
- Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Nowshera
- Solarization of Schools (Male & Female) at District Swabi
- Solarization of RPDCs (Male & Female), DEOs Offices (Male & Female), Directorates, E&SED Secretariat, DPD Office, and ESEF
The scope includes installation of solar power systems at multiple educational institutions and offices across the specified districts. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as outlined in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers using a single stage one envelope method.
Eligible bidders must submit a written application and pay a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 to obtain bidding documents. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the KP-HCIP Office, University Town Peshawar. Remote participation requests can be sent via email for online access.
Bids must be submitted by 25th August 2026 at 11:00 PM and will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:15 PM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt as specified. Late submissions will be rejected.
Interested bidders should have relevant experience and meet all eligibility criteria including FBR/ATL registration. The bidding documents include a Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as per procurement regulations.
