Solarization of 24 Nos Tube Wells in jurisdiction of Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar

Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP) invites bids for the solarization of 24 tube wells within its jurisdiction. This procurement is specifically for the installation of solar power systems to operate these tube wells, enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in water supply operations in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Solarization of 24 Nos Tube Wells The technical scope includes the supply and installation of solar equipment suitable for tube well operations as per the MRS and BOQ provided by WSSP. The project requires contractors to have expertise in solar power systems, electrical works related to tube wells, and compliance with relevant technical standards. The site is within the operational area of WSSP in Peshawar. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have a valid PEC license of category C-4 or above with relevant codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-11 (Solar) i, ii, iii & EE-11(vi), ME-05, ME-07(V). Bidders must also be registered on the EPADS portal and have active NTN registration with FBR. The bid must be signed by an authorized person and comply with all federal and provincial tax regulations including KPRA. The submission deadline is Monday 17th August 2026 at 11:00 am via EPADS only. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11th August 2026 at 3:00 pm at the WSSP Conference Room. Earnest Money in the form of 2% CDR is required along with an affidavit, both to be submitted in sealed envelopes before the closing date. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents uploaded on EPADS are clear, complete, and legible to avoid disqualification. Also, timely registration on the EPADS portal and submission of the non-refundable fee of PKR 3000/- is essential to participate in this tender.
