Solarization of Veterinary Institutions and Facilities for Financial Year 2026-27

The Livestock and Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites bids for the solarization of veterinary institutions and facilities for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial bids separately online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 24th September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Items being procured: - Solarization of Veterinary Institutions - Solarization of Veterinary Facilities The scope includes the installation and commissioning of solar power systems at various veterinary institutions and facilities to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. A pre-bid meeting will be held in person and via Zoom on Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Peshawar. Eligibility criteria include submission of a mandatory Bid Security amounting to Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from the account of the manufacturer, principal importer, or authorized dealer. Cheques or pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. Bidders must submit unit prices in the prescribed format and ensure all pages of the bid are properly numbered, signed, and stamped by the authorized representative. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 (1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
